If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping to P&P Engineering and any charges to re-ship the package back to you. Any missing, damaged, incorrect part must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. DO NOT SCHEDULE INSTALL APPOINTMENTS OR TRIPS BASED AROUND THE INSTALL OF A PRODUCT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGES, INSPECT COMPONENTS, AND VERIFY EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN THE BOXES. This will ensure that inadvertent shipping delays - severe weather, missing or misdirected packages, damage during shipping, etc. - do not lead to install issues.
