Until now on your swing out tire carrier bearings you had to choose between the security of double shear and settle for bronze bushings, or the smooth action and high load carrying capacity of a tapered roller bearing in a spindle style hinge.
Now you can have the best of both worlds. Our swing outs use tapered roller bearings in double shear. Your swing out arms will glide smoothly without sag from the weight of the tire and you can rest assured your hinge not break at the base weld.
Our dual tire swing out as shown in the pictures is a 60/40 split style with the tire and multi-carrier on the long arm. The short arm holds a high lift jack and your choice of either jerry cans or rotopax containers.
Can be made in steel or aluminum. Can be finished in powder coat before shipped. Aluminum version will retain the factory hitch. Steel version has a built in high clearance hitch that adds 4"+ of ground clearance from the factory hitch.
This is 100% bolt on with hand tools. No modifications necessary to your vehicle, no cutting drilling or welding necessary to install.
Due to size and weight this product ships motor freight. Price includes freight in the ConUS to a terminal or commercial address. Additional charges apply for residential lift gate delivery.
Our fabricated products are all made to order. Because of this most items will have a 6-10 week lead time.
